Your responsibilities

• Responsible for determining and implementing the most efficient, economical, and safe dispatch of flights in accordance with PCAR and company policies and standards. 
• Maintain a current flight watch of all aircraft movement and status; together with the PIC, the dispatcher is responsible for the operational control of each flight while on duty. 
• Collect, disseminate, and files all arrival, departure, flight advisories, flight plan, and other messages associated with flights. 
• Maintain reports and shift notes.
• Determine "go" or "no-go" flights.

Training & development 

Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you

• Must have at least 0-1 year of experience in the airline or aviation industry as a flight dispatcher
• Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably technical in nature.
• Must have a flight dispatcher license
