About Cebu Pacific Air

Your responsibilities

  • Technical Services Engineers - must have more than three (3) years of experience working in a technical role (structures & composites, aircraft cabin, systems, avionics, and/or engines) within a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO).
  • Maintenance Programs Engineers: must have more than three (3) years of experience in maintenance program management and check planning.
  • Reliability Engineers: must have experience in airline CAMO positions with experience in data science. 
  • Maintenance Planner - Maintenance Planning experience, preferably within Aviation. 
  • Procurement/supply chain / Inventory specialist: must have more than three (3) years of experience working in a technical procurement and supply chain role within aviation.  
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineers [Maintenance Control Centre]: must have more than five (5) years of aircraft maintenance and certifying experience and more than three (3) years of experience as a maintenance control engineer
  • Technical Records with more than three (3) years of experience working with technical records and aircraft lease in/out within aviation.  
  • Budgets and contracts specialist with more than two (2) years of experience with technical/maintenance budgets and contracts within aviation and aircraft maintenance.
  • Project Managers
  • Quality & Safety specialist with experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization CAMO and Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) quality process and regulatory requirements.

Training & development 

Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you

  • Must have an engineering degree with a specialization in aerospace, aeronautical, mechanical, electrical/electronics, or general engineering.
  • Must have a CAAP or EASA part 66 (or equivalent) maintenance license.
  • Background in AMOS and SKYWISE is a plus.
  • Must be willing to be based in Manila, Philippines.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
