Your responsibilities
Validate galley equipment setup and standard loading of all catering supplies prior to loading to leaving the catering facility.
Monitor offloading procedure of all galley equipment and supplies.
Ensure catering setup operations adhere to SLA to meet OTP.
Strictly adhere to Catering & Sales established processes and procedures for loading & servicing are carried out at the Ramp.
Coordinate with Meal Planners with regard to additional supplies (food & non-food) as applicable.
Conduct inspection of all galley equipment for any damage and endorsed to Galley Equipment Inspector for further assessment/evaluation.
Ensure the completeness and accurate of checklist forms/ SAP or any inventory platform for each flight are done by the contracted Ground Handler Service Provider.
Validate that the Pre-Operational checklist of catering vehicles is completed and passes safety standards prior to dispatching for ramp operations.
Ensure cleaning of vehicles and high loader/s are carried out according to the requirements set by management.
Training & development
Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you
Preferably a college graduate of any course related or equivalent to Hospitality Management, Quality Management, or Business Management
Any training or certification in relation to Catering is an advantage.
Must hold a valid and active professional Driver’s License Category 123
