Your role

  • Manage / Support Analytics - related rollouts to the Cebu Pacific platforms (web, mobile web/app, etc.).
  • Analyze, translate and simplify requirements.
  • Manage, communicate, and document requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
  • Investigate issues, and escalate issues to relevant groups.
  • Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of Cebu Pacific customers.
  • Analyze data - statistical/financial, internal/external.
  • Consolidate various information into cohesive reports for use in management decision-making.
  • Present findings to the relevant group/s. Review and improve existing Analytics processes.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct Analytics - process improvement projects.
  • Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes.

Training, development & rotations

Budget airline Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees.

Cebu Pacific said its cadet pilot trading program would create 240 professional pilots over five years.

Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Boxever is a plus.
  • Knowledge and use of coding languages such as HTML, Javascript, Google Analytics, SQL, and/or R is a plus.
  • Open to learning new technologies.
  • Thinks from a logical and strategic point of view.
  • Understands data and data structures.
  • Good business acumen.

  • The process begins with screening, where an HR representative assesses physical requirements. The airline puts a premium on height (a requirement of 5’3” for females and 5’7” for males), clear complexion, a great smile, and skin void of tattoos and blemishes. Next is an 'impact interview' where applicants must answer interview questions about their strengths and weaknesses, among others. The last step is an interview with the HR head.
