Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in administering, checking, scoring, and interpreting psychological evaluations for qualified applicants.
- Schedule applicants for initial screenings, tests, confirm appointments, and panel interviews, while maintaining applicant files.
- Facilitate online interviews and monitor applicant status.
- Encode employee data in the HRIS and/or EPE System.
- Check and file pre-employment documents in employees' respective 201 folders.
- Update employee records in the master list.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, BA Behavioral Science, or related fields.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Initiative and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A willingness to learn and start ASAP.
- Availability to report onsite (Mon-Fri), preferably from Quezon City.
- A minimum of 300 internship hours.
