Your role 

• Collaborating with the creative team to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution of creative deliverables.
• Assisting in coordinating and scheduling meetings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews with the creative team and stakeholders.
• Supporting the creative team in organizing and maintaining digital assets, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Assisting streamline creative production processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient workflows.
• Assisting in tracking and reporting on project status, including milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Contributing to the development of creative briefs, ensuring clear and concise communication of project objectives and requirements.

• You are currently enrolled and completing your studies between 2024 and mid-2025.
• You are in your penultimate year or currently enrolled in your school’s Internship Curriculum.
• You have your Memorandum of Agreement from your school and relevant documents ready to be submitted once you are shortlisted.
• You’re Comfortable with chaos. You can find solutions even without perfect precedents or direction, and map out a path to clarity and execution.
