Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Reports to VP-Administration
• In charge of collection of Accounts Receivables
• Issues Customers' Statements of Accounts
• Sends Reminders to Customers on Accounts Due and Overdue
• Ensures timely submission of invoices for Countering
• Collection of EWT, etc.
• Submits AR reports to Manager
• Able to provide recommendations and analysis

Requirements:

• Must be an individual with Integrity:  Honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and helpful team-player, dynamic, with a sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related courses.  CPA is not required.
• Must be employed for at least 3 Years with current employer
• Must have good performance with current employer
• Must have a total of 3 Years of working experience in Accounting roles.
• Must have at least 2 Years experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Past use of MYOB Accounting Program or other programs is an advantage.
• Required Skills: Banking, Monitoring, Negotiation, Time Management, Decision-Making, Math, and English Proficiency, etc.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Due to pandemic, applicants residing in Makati, Pasay, or nearby areas will be prioritized
• For Safety purposes, applicant must present a valid Covid-19 Vaccination Record
• 1 Full-Time Position Available.

Salary:

• PHP18,000-25,000/monthly
