Job Description:

  • Implement and coordinate administrative processes and procedures to support the efficiency of the department
  • Perform general clerical duties but not limited to photocopying, encoding, calling some candidates and filing
  • Perform other tasks that may assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled and with Internship Endorsement from the school
  • Preferred Courses: Psychology, Human Resources, Office Administration, Business Management, and other related courses 
  • Preferable: Female
  • Can complete 6 - 8 hours per day, a minimum of 200 hours within 2-5 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work at BGC, Taguig City
