Your role

  • Responsible for assisting borrowers with a buy-out, pick-up loan documents, pre-screening of applications, and assisting Account Officers with loan fulfillment and marketing
  • Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues
  • Provides regular department reports and forms according to the standard process

About you

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course
  • With at least 1 year of experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions and banks, call centers, and telecommunications companies, an advantage.
  • Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Highly amenable to doing fieldwork
