Your role

BPI is looking for a Supply Chain Service Associate who will handle the following key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing daily Supply Chain Transactions ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all transactional documents
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Support seamless operations and enhance customer delight
  • Reviews customers’ transactional documents prior to submission to TSCFO partners
  • Ensures accuracy of daily Supply Chain Finance transactions
  • Ensures all transactions are completely processed according to approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitors transactions by end of day to guarantee completion of customers’ availments
  • Prepares weekly maturing and outstanding reports, which is verified by Supply Chain Service and Implementation Manager prior to sending to customers.
  • Sends the verified weekly reports to customers
  • Works closely with TSCFO partners to guarantee fulfillment of Supply Chain transactions.
  • Coordinates with Relationship Managers for approval of transactions and assistance in building rapport with customers.
  • Records all transactions processed.
  • Handles reimbursements and payments to vendors, ensuring all are processed according to approved policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs other tasks assigned for necessary career growth and development

About you

Successful candidates possess below qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
  • Preferably with knowledge and experience in banking processes in loans and customer service
  • Adept in the needed MS Office systems
  • Must have good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills
  • Someone who is service oriented
