Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Answers loan inquiries from various sales channels, including branches, dealers, walk-ins, internet banking, and call centers.
- Receives and pre-screens loan applications from different sales channels.
- Explains processing requirements to prospective loan applicants.
- Encodes applications in the Account Tracking System for monitoring.
- Checks the completeness of loan applications, ensuring they are properly filled out and signed, along with pre-approval requirements.
- Endorses all pre-screened loan applications to Credit Services for evaluation.
- Coordinates with Credit Services for any additional requirements needed for credit evaluation.
- Communicates the decision of loan applications to clients, whether rejected or approved.
- Prepares Offering Memos for any changes in the approved terms and conditions of loans.
- Prepares pre-booking requirements necessary for the release of proceeds.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
- A good command of oral and written language.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
