Credit Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Conducts comprehensive screening, income, and residence verification for loan applicants. 
• Prepares requests for field credit investigations as needed. 
• Encodes gathered information into the system and prepares recommendations to approve, reject, or defer applications. 
• Manages sales inquiries and concerns, escalating to the Credit Officer when necessary to support business targets.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, or Banking. 
• Knowledge of retail loan product features. 
• Understanding of basic credit principles and credit policies. 
• Strong analytical and data management skills. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Willingness to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.
