Salary at Bank of Commerce

Compared to my previous employer, BankCom has a better package.

As an employee i am very satisfied with in comes to bonuses.

It's acceptable since I'm entry-level

I can wait to be a reguly employee so I would be able to have those bonuses

The starting salary is okay, but the bonuses and benefits for staff helps with managing my finances and providing needs.

The company gives just the right pay and bonuses

Pay and bonuses were good. The company really focuses on the time the bonuses should be release. Very timely.

This pandemic the company provides free swab tests. The area where I am assigned to gives masks, face shields and vitamins good for 2-3months.
