Im also EA of one of the Senior Executives of the bank. I must say that my boss is very approachable also the other Senior executive of the bank. You wouldnt be bother by their position as they are very fast in answering your call and emails.

Yes, I love how my manager and officers recognize the work I do. And whenever I make mistakes they do not scold or make me feel little but they assess the situation on what had happened or what maybe the reason why errors have occurred. I really am thankful on how I am being mentored. I will forever value me & my officer's relationship.

Yes, as to my officers they teach me process and I learn a lot of things from them

Im a bit off with my boss honestly. Never praise and recognize. Very quiet and rarely communicate. But shes doing great. Always ask about task not how we are doing. Its always about task after all

Yes. She's good, she's intelligent but the problem is she cannot address internal communication properly. She doesn't have her own voice to be heard by many.
