Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills: MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be keen to details and has good organizational skills.
Responsible in providing administrative support to the Division. Tasks include research, liaising with clients and other officers and departments, setting appointments, answering calls, filing of documents, and supervision on the needs and physical set-up of the workplace.
