The office currently has that traditional office layout and seems to be quite outdated compared to other Aurecon offices in other countries which have a lot more collaboration spaces and has a more homey comfy vibes. Location is also accessible by commute or by own car and has a lot of facilities nearby. There is also no strict dress code so long as it is decent.

Aside from the usual heavy traffic in the metro, our office location is overall okay. The office space is sufficient for the volume of employees who work in the office. The facilities are neat. Safety is highly observed. The dress code is not very strict, but surely all employees who I see in the office do our part in dressing up appropriately for work (smart casual).

Clean and quiet during work hours which helps my focus. The layout also makes it easy to approach my workmates for a quick question. However, I would like to have monitors for more desks as some desks would have and some don't.

company: great facilities and security; easily located
dress code: there are implemented rules but in general, it is not too strict as long as you're presentable

The office is great! We even have a pool table and karaoke machine. We don’t really have a dress code—we’re just encouraged to dress presentably, and maybe dress up when there are guests expected to visit the office.

The company space is very "homey." Very comfortable and functional. There is no dress code, but employees are encouraged to wear attire that is appropriate for the workplace.

The office is located above a mall which gives us easy access to restaurants whenever we want to eat out as a team. Inside the office, there's no separate rooms for leads so that they're easy to reach out to, so it's mostly filled with desks that have dividers to focus on our work. We also have a pantry and aside from the usual pantry items, we have a pool table, and a corner for console gaming. There's also a room for napping if you wish to do so. My only issue with the office is the lighting -- when I first came in the office, I immediately thought that it's dark inside and that there's not much natural light coming in, which is what I would prefer. As for the dress code, it's nothing unusual, just pants, t-shirt, and shoes would be enough. Though there are times wherein office-wear (long-sleeve shirts, etc.) is encouraged such as events.

Currently, our office design is somewhat outdated, and there isn't adequate space to properly display blueprints or other promotional materials. This can sometimes make it difficult to keep organized and ensure that all visual resources are easily accessible. Additionally, there is a shortage of seating, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak hours or when multiple teams are working simultaneously.
However, there's a silver lining—the office is scheduled to undergo renovations soon. This is a promising development and a good sign of positive changes on the horizon.
The renovation will be a fantastic opportunity to modernize our workspace. With updated designs, we can create dedicated areas for displaying blueprints, project plans, and advertising materials, enhancing both functionality and the visual appeal of our environment. A fresh, modernized workspace can significantly improve day-to-day operations, making it easier for team members to collaborate and stay organized.
Moreover, the renovation should address the current seating issues. By reconfiguring the layout and potentially adding more desks and chairs, the office can better accommodate everyone comfortably. This will undoubtedly enhance overall productivity and ensure that all employees have a suitable workspace.
In essence, while the current setup has its limitations, the upcoming renovations highlight the company's commitment to continuous improvement and employee well-being. The planned updates are set to create a more efficient, welcoming, and inspiring office environment that will support our professional needs and enhance our overall work experience.
