Salary at Aurecon PH

Pay is higher than the market especially for fresh grads. It's just that only the service incentive leaves are convertible to cash.

My gross pay is more than I indicated in the initial interview as my expected salary. It's really a big help for home expenses especially that we work from home.

While this is fair and standard practice, it does mean that the additional financial rewards are modest for those in the early stages of their careers. While the current compensation as a graduate engineer is a challenge, my commitment to and passion for my work at Aurecon remain unwavering. I appreciate the professional growth opportunities and the supportive environment the company provides. Addressing the compensation aspect through regular reviews and additional financial benefits could further enhance the overall job satisfaction and well-being of graduate engineers like myself.
