Diversity at Aurecon PH

I haven't heard any issues on discrimination within the company for any sort of category. There's even a newly established organization in the company to support the LGBTQIA+ community and their activities.

Diversity is highly regarded in the company. There are activities showcasing support for such communities. I also have not encountered any discrimination on my beliefs. In fact, every time I share with my colleagues, they are very supportive. I have not heard of any issues regarding the above items.

Aurecon participates and conducts events related to these subjects, and these platforms strongly encourages belongingness in the company.

Greatly support diversity: celebrated LGBTIQA+ community month through events

There have been programs/events catered towards the celebration of the LGBTQ community.

The company is very committed to diversity. Especially during pride month, the company held a party that is pride-themed, and also invited performers as a sort of intermission. They also gave out company merch that's pride-themed as well.

I am pleased to share that in Manila, Aurecon has recently established a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) group dedicated to championing the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. This initiative underscores Aurecon’s commitment to creating a workplace where diversity is celebrated, and every individual feels valued and respected. The formation of the DEI group in Manila marks a significant milestone in Aurecon’s journey towards greater inclusivity and equity.
