Career Prospects at Aurecon PH

I've seen some who have the same years of experience but different in ranks or some even have less years of experience but is higher and position. With this, I think the promotion opportunity opens to those who have effectively shown their capabilities. It's still difficult for me to assess how easy or difficult it is to move ranks as I have not experienced it yet nor talked it out with others.

We have our role cards containing what is expected of us in terms of performance according to our level. We also set our performance goals to benchmark our progress and how we can be expected to perform. We then can have a discussion with our line manager through Let's Talk every 6 months to manage expectations and assess our performance. I think it's fair enough in terms of conditions and timeline.

There are different levels for Aurecon employees that are different and progressive in their respective roles and responsibilities. For example, currently I was hired as a Level 3 Engineer. Expected responsibilities from an L3 Engineer was clearly stated and generalized in Aurecon's resource platforms, this information is public to all employees, that could serve as guide to aim for higher positions.
