Your role

As an Intern, these are your key responsibilities:

• Develop creative content that communicates event activations.
• Collects data and reports (omni-channel analytics and content performance).
• Coordinates availability of facility and service requirements and ensures completeness of event/project management details on design, promotion, theme, décor, registration, program, and others.
• Performs initiatives and any ad-hoc assignments whenever required by management.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience as a writer or a graphic artist, skilled in photo and video editing, and familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience coordinating events that provide recognition, enjoyment, and participation by site team members and yield high employee satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
