Your role & responsibilities

• Act as a project resource to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team.
• Project Planning – Identify information sources and collect relevant data to support project delivery.
• Project Delivery – Analyse data to support the development of design solutions.
• Project Development – Prepare drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation that meet company and client requirements and that comply with national standards and codes of practice.
• Quality – Develop and maintain technical knowledge (for example national regulations, regulatory guidance, national standards, codes of practice, and Arcadia's procedures) to ensure ongoing personal effectiveness.
• Networking/ Client Focus – Develop an understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis, the client’s business, and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to develop personal credibility in the industry.

Training & development 

Arcadians participate in Expedition DNA, a digital acceleration program to adopt an innovative mindset and build skills to remain competitive in the global market for digital jobs. In Expedition DNA, you learn to understand the nature of this new competitive digital environment, while developing your digital capabilities at your own pace. The program contains a virtual online learning platform and a face-to-face experience.

Compensation & benefits

According to SalaryExpert, the estimated total pay for a Graduate Architect is PHP 21,800 - PHP 35,800 per month. Some of the benefits may include:

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Member of a Professional Body that is pertinent to your role.
• Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines.
• Whilst a recognized qualification in design and/or construction is desirable, relevant experience within a similar discipline will be considered.
• Proficient or know Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and Navisworks is an advantage.
