Analyst (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Manage incident tickets in the GSO 1st line queue, adhering to incident management processes. 
• Handle service request tickets, ensuring proper approval flow before fulfillment. 
• Utilize and create knowledge base articles to enhance team knowledge. 
• Participate in various activities and initiatives by Arcadis.

About You:

The ideal candidate should: 

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with up to 2 years of relevant experience. 
• Have a comprehensive understanding of software applications, hardware devices, and IT service management. 
• Be experienced with service desk systems, process management, MS Office, and ticketing tools. 
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in English. 
• Be willing to work on a 24x7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
