Your role

• Undertake structural analysis and design works within a specified timeframe and Company quality standards and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Working collaboratively with others to deliver projects to their clients.
• Ensuring tasks are carried out within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Works towards the continuous improvement of the department by creating an effective and standardized calculation system and other design tools.

• Responding to unplanned events is all about speed. Once, I worked with a telecommunications client that had an urgent training need: It had only a few weeks to teach new waste handling procedures to hundreds of employees across multiple locations.
• Gathering the entire staff in one location was not feasible, so they turned to distance learning. Developing and hosting a series of interactive webinars allowed them to reach necessary personnel quickly without figuring out the logistics of a large in-person session.
• Every webinar was led by the same expert instructor so attendees could send questions to in real time. That consistency ensured trainees fully understood the new procedure and how to implement it right away.
• Training is usually not an emergency. Still, instantly distributing training materials to your entire workforce on a Learning Management System (LMS) can be more convenient and manageable than coordinating face-to-face sessions across multiple working teams and locations.

About you

• Open to fresh Graduate
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With 1-year of hands-on experience in the detailed design of steel and concrete structures.
• Familiarity in any of the following design and analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, RAPT, STAAD-PRO, RAM, Robot, and Microstran is an advantage.
• Familiarity with design codes such as Australian and/or American Standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
