Your role

  • Manage and deliver all recruitment activity for Graduates, Trainee, Summer Vacation, Cadet and Apprentice positions through expert use of the recruitment system and other technology platforms.
  • Continually develop Arcadis’ employer brand through online and offline marketing campaigns targeting educational institutes (universities, colleges and schools etc.) via recruitment fairs, presentations, focused events, on-campus events, alumni links and partnerships with third party suppliers.
  • Develop Arcadis’ approach to providing early career opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other under-represented groups, and manage relationships with industry partners such as Career Trackers.
  • Collaborate with the global talent attraction team to produce materials, campaigns and events to inspire and engage early years talent into the business

  • Responding to unplanned events is all about speed. Once, I worked with a telecommunications client that had an urgent training need: It had only a few weeks to teach new waste handling procedures to hundreds of employees across multiple locations.
  • Gathering the entire staff in one location was not feasible, so they turned to distance learning. Developing and hosting a series of interactive webinars allowed them to reach necessary personnel quickly without figuring the logistics of a large in-person session.

About you

  • Relevant experience in the end-to-end process of Early Years recruitment and development, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in building trusted and influential stakeholder relationships and displays embedded consulting and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while providing consultation to the business
  • Organisational and technical system acumen - experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System and other software packages
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Proactive, flexible and positive mindset
