Your role

• Scanning and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, issuing drawings to OpCo, as well as, using the document management systems;
• Uploading / downloading electronic architectural drawings and technical documents to the extranet sites;
• Receive, issue and distribute project documentation;
• Record and print incoming and outgoing documents to ensure accurate data recording;
• Maintain project documentation filing system and archive;
• Co-ordinate with the Project Management team and ensure correct document and drawing management;
• Performs such other task-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for training materials
• Update the Centralized Cost Database on a regular basis and liaise with others for gathering cost data
• Assist the team in general administrative tasks

• Gathering the entire staff in one location was not feasible, so they turned to distance learning. Developing and hosting a series of interactive webinars allowed them to reach necessary personnel quickly without figuring out the logistics of a large in-person session.
• Every webinar was led by the same expert instructor so attendees could send questions to in real-time. That consistency ensured trainees fully understood the new procedure and how to implement it right away.
• Training is usually not an emergency. Still, instantly distributing training materials to your entire workforce on a Learning Management System (LMS) can be more convenient and manageable than coordinating face-to-face sessions across multiple working teams and locations.

About you

• The Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Preferably with a background in Construction Industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
