Your role

Angkas is looking for talented students who would like to fill the role of Product Operations in Makati, Philippines.

As Angkas' Product Operations Intern you will be included to design to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization.
• Increasing the efficiency of the product team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing product usage data to help product management make informed decisions.
• Focusing on tooling and tech stack management, product enablement, customer feedback comprehension, product experimentation, continuous team training, and other areas.
• Working with other teams in the company to facilitate customer feedback loops for the product team
• Implementing other administrative, human resource, and operational processes within the product team
• Coming up, and implementing go-to-market strategies and a playbook for our existing products

• With own personal laptop and are willing to go onsite 3 to 5 times a week if necessary
• Has the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
