Your role
The Associate Specialist, New Product Logistics will be responsible for but not limited to:
As new product coordinator, drive new product workflow processes by working with different departments, and subcontractors to support business deliverables
Regularly synchronize with team members from design, applications, assembly, and manufacturing to receive and provide updates regarding material and packaging needs to support the development of new products
Anticipate potential issues in the project management workflow and take proactive steps to resolve the issues by working with teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Communicate regularly with team and suppliers to ensure adequate supplies of materials and packages are ordered and available from beginning wafer fabrication through finished goods
Interface with the internal customers to apprise them of delivery of new project samples; own new product sampling and processing to ensure on-time delivery of samples to internal and external customers
Create and maintain all product bill of materials master data to ensure completeness and accuracy and that there is an adequate capacity of required materials for product development
Advise teams on efficiencies in packaging and material use and provide alternative options as available
May participate in training-related travel (Travel 0-10%)

About you
Key Qualifications
Teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential coupled with a demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance both independently and in large teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules.
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and/or manufacturing flows would be advantageous.
Education and Experience
College graduate, Not degree specific.
Additional Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Very good communication skills, both oral and written, are a key requirement
