Your role

The Associate Specialist, New Product Logistics will  be responsible for but not limited to:

  • As new product coordinator, drive new product workflow processes by working with different departments, and subcontractors to support business deliverables 
  • Regularly synchronize with team members from design, applications, assembly, and manufacturing to receive and provide updates regarding material and packaging needs to support the development of new products 
  • Anticipate potential issues in the project management workflow and take proactive steps to resolve the issues by working with teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders 
  • Communicate regularly with team and suppliers to ensure adequate supplies of materials and packages are ordered and available from beginning wafer fabrication through finished goods 
  • Interface with the internal customers to apprise them of delivery of new project samples; own new product sampling and processing to ensure on-time delivery of samples to internal and external customers 
  • Create and maintain all product bill of materials master data to ensure completeness and accuracy and that there is an adequate capacity of required materials for product development 
  • Advise teams on efficiencies in packaging and material use and provide alternative options as available 
  • May participate in training-related travel (Travel 0-10%)

About you

Key Qualifications

  • Teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential coupled with a demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance both independently and in large teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and/or manufacturing flows would be advantageous.

Education and Experience

  • College graduate, Not degree specific.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written, are a key requirement
