Your role

• Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting key business metrics, and performance against targets & trends to management and using this information in productivity and profitability initiatives.
• Take daily action to review and resolve all outstanding issues, errors, and discrepancies. Coordinate actions with Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations team members.
• Identify business opportunities, cost savings, and creative solutions to problems encountered.
• Participate in test cases assigned and report results.
• Work with the team lead to ensure key metrics of strategic accounts are achieved thereby delighting the customer.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, Management Engineering, Operations Management, or any Business course.
• Entry Level or 1-2 years experience in inventory management; supply chain, & semiconductor or relevant industry
• Exposure to SAP inventory and warehouse management and B2B
• Knowledgeable in reporting tools like Tableau, EDW, etc.
• Moderate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
• Strong verbal & written skills and can present analysis to management.
• Self-organized and meticulous in his or her way of work to produce the deliverables on time and to the expected quality.
• Possess a problem-solving mindset and analytic acumen.
