As a Platform Experience Intern, you’ll combine your passion for technology with building and growing a vibrant tech community.
This role is a great stepping stone for students who are active in hackathons or organizing school events, whether they’re technically skilled or simply enthusiastic about tech.
You’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with quality assurance while also engaging with the broader tech community.
While this internship is posted via Airbyrd, you'll be working on exciting projects within our broader network (details will be provided later in the process).
What You’ll Do:
- Quality Assurance & Feedback: Conduct tests to identify bugs and platform performance issues, provide feedback, and document improvements.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with the team to enhance platform features, helping improve user experience and performance.
- Community Building & Outreach: Act as an ambassador for our innovation community, sharing your love for hackathons and reaching out to potential new ambassadors.
- Discord Engagement: Whether you're a Discord moderator, frequently hosting events on Discord, or just love using it to connect with communities, your skills will be a huge plus as you engage with developers and tech enthusiasts.
- Strategy & AI Tool Integration: Help integrate AI tools into workflows, improving platform performance based on user feedback.
- Documentation & Outreach: Maintain clear documentation and support outreach efforts to grow the tech community.

Requirements:
- Open to associate, undergraduate, or master’s students—or anyone passionate about tech and community building
- Internship may be voluntary or required (depending on the agreement with your academic program)
- Active in hackathons or organizing events (technical skills are a plus but not mandatory)
- Candidates based in the Philippines are preferred, as you'll be working closely with teams in the Philippines and Singapore
- Motivated, a strong communicator, and proactive in outreach
- Proficient in English and comfortable working fully remotely (not hybrid, not onsite)
