Job Description

  • Support LO Development team from both Sintex & YTI on specific tasks in Flex and other tasks such as Sample checking especially in the production area for WIP & quality, workshop walkthrough, Debit notes, etc.
  • Work cross functionally with other LO functions - materials, production, costing and technical services teams etc. to assist MR teams from both Sintex & YTI with on time buy ready/commercialization performance.
  • Support on admin functions and other clerical assignments if & when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in LO DD audits with assign task such as system checking, sample checking.
  • Support in measurement of sample on proto evaluation and system checking in Flex.
  • System related updates in Flex, e.g LT updates, LOMR name updates, checking of comments, etc
  • Validation of FOBs on DN’s before LOMR final approval.
  • Support LOMR from both Sintex & YTI on TP, AD, BOM downloads on external transfer styles.
  • Support LOMR from both Sintex & YTI in Production Walkthrough and finalizing CAP and report for the milestone

Special Project

  • Create and manage a KPI share drive for all cross functional team with auto generated charts updated weekly.
  • Publish & share results with SO teams.
  • Gather & present results from both Sintex & YTI to Leadership Team during visits and during bi weekly internal meetings with suppliers.

  • Develop creativity, collaboration and confidence skills to be better prepared for full time working environment.
  • To learn and understand the role of a LO MR through performing related job tasks, hands on interaction and daily involvement with internal & external teams

Key Relationship

  • Direct collaboration with T1, LO TS/PMT especially during measurement and quality checking and direct relationship with LO MR’s teams.
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams within the LO and external T1 MR teams.

Required language skills

  • English, Filipino

Additional skills/ qualifications

  • Basic computer skills in excel, word, power-point, attention to detail. Basic garment quality & measurement measuring knowledge

Internship regulations

  • Student must be enrolled at the university for the complete duration of the internship (Graduate is not eligible for the internship program)
  • Duration of internship:  6 months
